Service was great the installers took a day in a half to install my 16 windows. They cleaned up well after themselves, answer questions I had regarding the function is of the windows. Chris and Robert followed up after installation to ensure I was satisfied/pleased with the windows, service and installation. Overall experience went quite well.

I ran into a Mr. Mike Jones at Racetrack yesterday. He was very nice and we spoke about replacing my roof. He gave me his business card and he was very informative and professional! When I do decide to replace my roof with my funds (retail) I will be giving Mike a call. It's not everyday you find nice, professional people that really care about you and your situation! (If I could give 10 stars, I would!) We recently had Canopy Home Exteriors remove and replace every window in our home, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish. No pressure up front when we were collecting bids, with "a great discount if you accept the offer at your table today", routine many others hit us with. Their communication was outstanding -- clear, prompt, and proactive. Every crew member was on time or ahead of schedule, which is a rarity in today's world.

Chris and his team went above and beyond. He proactively communicated with my insurance provider and even took several calls with me when they were giving me a hard time on coverage. He helped me fight for my claim. He walked me through the process, thoroughly informed me on inspections, and made recommendations on what my roof might need. Working with Canopy Home Exteriors was the best part of the whole process.

Everyone from Canopy was fantastic. Ireland and Robert came to inspect and quote the project. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. They made us understand without over selling the issues we had that needed repaired. Their quote was competitive with other companies, but the sales reps are who got them the job. The day of instalation couldn't have went any better. The crew arrived exactly when our project manager Chris told us they would. They were fantastic. Completed the job and cleaned up in 8 hours. Gutters were completed a few days later and again the crew was beyond excellent. Thank Avy to the entire crew of Canopy Home Exteriors!

My salesman David Evan’s was the best Sales representative, I ever had and his company whom he work for Canopy Home Exteriors is great.
